Standard Reservations
Reservations canceled 48 or more hours before departure may choose one of the following:
✅ Full Refund
✅ Reschedule to another available date and time
✅ Full Account Credit for future use
Reservations canceled within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable and cannot be changed unless protected by Trip-Flex.
When making a reservation, please ensure the selected activity, date, and time work for your group, as we reserve equipment and turn away other customers to hold your spot.
Trip-Flex Protection
Trip-Flex is available for 10% of the booking total and is automatically included on reservations made 7 or more days in advance.
With Trip-Flex, you may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before departure and receive:
✅ Full Account Credit for the value of the booking (excluding the Trip-Flex fee)
OR
✅ Reschedule to another available date and time at no additional charge
Trip-Flex does not provide cash refunds within 48 hours of departure.
No-Shows
No-shows and cancellations made less than 1 hour before departure are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Weather Policy
Customer safety is our top priority. Dewey Beach Watersports reserves the sole right to determine whether weather or water conditions are safe for operation.
If Dewey Beach Watersports cancels an activity due to unsafe weather, water conditions, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, customers may choose:
✅ Full Refund
✅ Reschedule
✅ Full Account Credit
If an activity operates as scheduled, refunds will not be issued for:
❌ Forecasted weather
❌ Light rain
❌ Personal preference
❌ Travel delays or travel plan changes
❌ Choosing not to participate
If a trip is shortened due to weather or conditions requiring an early return, customers will receive a non-expiring account credit for the unused portion of their reservation.
Promo Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after a reservation is booked or completed.
Account Credits
All account credits issued by Dewey Beach Watersports are non-expiring and may be applied toward any future reservation.
